On Sunday afternoon Dynamite offers a $25 buy-in with a $10 rebuy/add-on. This is the biggest buy-in they have. It usually has between 15 and 30 players playing.

As internet connectivity gets better, all online sites will drop the all-ins. Just makes sense to avoid the abuse.
