Re: Grandgnus New Table (pics) and new home poker Website!

Aren't you worried about posting your website with personal contact info, considering your games are illegal in Massachusetts? It sucks, but I'd keep a low profile if I were you...

Re: TILT: methods of cheating

Notice how it's all collusion, and no marked/cold deck or dealer mechanics? Are signals and scamming somehow more romantic?

Re: My own pokerchips.com order

8 colors is a lot. Another option is:
Green T25 $0.25
Black T100 $1.00
Purple T500 $5.00

etc. Of course then you have to worry about people ratholing tourney chips then using them in cash...

At 5.5 players, my dev was 17BB, which seems in line with conventional wisdom. ...

Re: some examples

Suspicious betting is 99% crazy fish, but sometimes collusion. The only times I've caught it has been when it's painfully obvious. I've never seen it at 5/10, but 10/20 a handful of times.

Taking chips out of a casino

Are there any problems with taking a few racks of $1 chips out of a casino? Can I just stuff em in my rucksack and walk?

Re: Color breakdown of home chips for tourney AND cash games

I trust the players, I'm not too worried about them bringing tourney chips into the ring. However, a good counter-measure is never running both at the same time. The side table will use $1/2...

Re: 15/30 going for the overcalls

I'm used to very aggressive games. On this hand I was looking for the C/R - since I couldn't even imagine the board checked through, or someone in MP not betting out. Guess I need to velocitize,...

15/30 going for the overcalls

I play shorthanded 95% of the time, just getting into the 15/30 ring. I generally have to restrain my natural aggression, but did I overdo it here? Do you bet out on the turn? First orbit, no...

Color breakdown of home chips for tourney AND cash games

Before I buy a custom set of chips, I want to make sure they'll work for both tourneys and cash games, and have the following denominations in mind:

250 Green (T25 or $0.25)
300 Black (T100 or...

10k hand checkup

Comments appreciated:

First, I try and focus on game selection, loose passive tables are my favorite. I find I can do a lot of limping from SB. I think I don't CR enough, have been working on...
