Re: 10-20 NL at Bellagio
[ QUOTE ]
What range of hands do you put the villian on in this hand?
[/ QUOTE ]
I put villain on AQ, A10, AJ, and 1010 (although I think he would probably raise a set on the...

10-20 NL at Bellagio
Have no reads on players because its my first round at the table. I have $2500 and Villain has me covered.

Re: AKs UTG
I dont understand the point of pushing all in here. Are you trying to represent a bluff? This play looks like the only thing it will accomplish is getting villain to fold hands you are WAY ahead of...

Re: Questionable Hand
I really wouldn't raise the river here. Do you really think a weaker hand will call? Given the action I would probably fold to MP2's bet, especially since you describe the game as passive.

Re: Flush draw/Double Gutter Out of Position Hand
Yeah....it definitely seems that pushing is the right play on the river given that every other person advocates going all in... i guess i was just spooked by the min-raise on the turn (which probably...

Re: Flush draw/Double Gutter Out of Position Hand
I really don't think the villain has KJ here...hero checkraised strong on the turn and was minraised...his opponent really wants a call and I don't think KJ is a hand that is asking for a call on...

Re: Weak play? (edited)
The way you played the flop on hand 1 makes it very difficult to play the rest of the hand. I would probably lead here or checkraise because many turn cards are going to look very ugly to you. If...

Re: mid set out of position
I don't see why you're raising the turn here. You want to get to the river cheaply to see if you hit your full house. Given the way you played the flop, it is VERY possible that either MP2 or MP3...

Re: AA hand 2 of tourney. Overplayed?
I don't like betting the river here. A check/call is probably better because you don't want to get raised. His raise on the river may mean a slowplayed king or full house...but it could also mean a...

Re: 10-25 NL at Foxwoods
Pro has cowboys? Seems like pro is really going out of his way to ACT weak (card shuffling, holding them high like they are going in the muck, shoulder shrug before calling) which typically means...

Re: 5/10 AA line
Yeah, I would call the turn as well...you are either way ahead (if he is betting 10-10, 9-9, semi-bluffing a flush draw, or bluffing with overcards) or you have outs with a club or ace. You don't...

Re: 5/10 AA line
I like checking the flop in this spot...you will keep the pot smaller in case he has you beat (by a jack or boat)...and may induce a bet from a weaker hand on the turn (like 10-10 or 9-9) because he...

Re: NL Pocket Aces Hand
Would you ever bet the turn here? I think the only benefit from that would be to give Villian insufficient odds at a flush draw...but if I get called here by Villain I am probably beaten. Is...

Re: NL Pocket Aces Hand
The blinds were actually 2 and 5, I guess the 5-10 NL at the top of the hand history threw everyone off. I don't think JJ is possible as he would probably check behind on the turn...?
