6 handed part Poker 50 dollar tables.
Stack sizes are all 50. All players pretty average, kind of loose.
I flopped the ace-high flush and pot the flop, I get 2 callers. The flop has a straight...

Re: Party games are now too quick
A disgusting short art film would be:
-shot of an online poker game.
-quick cuts of all 6 players surfing for porn while playing at the same time.
-The overture of 1812 begins to play...

Re: How to fold overpairs? Help me learn!

To avoid the situation without reads, you can raise more pre-flop. It either avoids the flop...

Re: JTs Top Two Pair: PL $400
Although he may be capable of bluffing, betting into that board in a multi-way pot dosen't seem like a smart place for a player that you respect to be pure bluffing.
I don't understand the...

Re: 5/10 PL game
I don't it is likely he would limp AQ, JQ or any other Q hand in EP. the only hand you are worried about is 33. Are you really going to give him credit for 33 just because he raised you?
I...

Re: Too much with too little?
I would bet instead of check raise. If he is weak, he might be knocked off high cards that missed. He he re-raises, you can put him on a hand. A check raise with AA is just a bluff, anything he...

Re: Standard Weak-Tight Top Pair Laydown Post
when it is blind vs. blind their is no reason to think top pair is bad. he probably has mid-pair or a pocket pair and assumed you just fired on the flop as an automatic continuation bet. Re-raise...

Re: how bad is my play here?
Although it is possible villian hit hit two outer, his range of hands is much broader than just AA or QQ.
Also, you can't think villian is definately putting you on exactly 22 or a 3. I think it...

Re: Brunson Question.
Brunsons advise is all good advise, but it is so geared at the ultra-high limits, alot of it just dosen't apply. It is a completely diffrent game at every diffrent limit.

Re: newbie 10/20 hand
three bet the flop or fold to his re-raise on the flop. The call is what put you in the tough position.

If the argument is meta-game, I think the relevant fact is that he is a bad player and therefore might not be thinking in meta-game terms, so the value of calling is reduced. Against a player you...

Re: NLTHE with the jokers
I could see jokers not screwing up the game too much if you were playing an omaha variation in which players were dealt more than 4 cards. Although that game is pretty unconventional anyway. Kind...
