Re: Evy and Francine Dee

[ QUOTE ]

Re: Phil Gordon\'s Little Green Book

Re: PL and NL by Ciaffone -Comments?

I think I'd read it after Harrington's book. You might find it more enlightening then. When I read it, I was looking more for a guide to get me started in NL...starting hands, what to bet, etc. ...

Re: Should I have pushed here?

You can't let your stack get down to a meaningless amount is what you should be thinking. You're going to need to double up at some point to get back in contention. If you wait for that great hand...

Re: Try to get me to stay in school....

Well you will have "musts" with your poker life too. Yeah you can decide you don't want to work a given day unlike working for the man. However, you are still going to have to have the discipline...

Re: Try to get me to stay in school....

I had similar problems with engineering. High school was pretty much a cakewalk and it was quite a shock getting to college and finding I couldn't just finish my engineering homework before or...

Re: ESPN coverage = ASS, Celebrity Poker Bravo = BEST

I've been extremely unimpressed by espn's coverage so far this year. You'd think after this many years they would at least be showing the amount in the pot. How hard is that? The hosting, while...

Re: Never Impressed with Scotty Nguyen

I've always felt he's very good, but either gets impatient or a little intoxicated and then starts doing stupid things. It also seems recently that once he reaches the final table he's not doing the...

Re: Isn\'t the Bible anti-gambling?

[ QUOTE ]
