you can play more like 12 times the number of hands online as opposed to a B&M card room.
The lack of shuffling, dealer changes, dealer pushing pots etc makes an online table at least 3 times...

Postflop No point betting the turn, take the free card. I think I cap the river with the nut flush as long as he can't reraise. (i.e. like in vegas with 4 raises)

He's got top pair and this is only a kicker issue in his mind, there's no way...
