2nd number is PreFlop Raise percent.
3rd Nuber is Post flop-aggression, which I believe is (#Bet + #Raise) / (#Call).

My sample size is admittedly small (6.2k hands Party 15/30 running > 3BB/100), but FWIW, here's my stats:
SB: -.13, 581 hands
BB: -.14, 575 hands

I think this rate is a bit high. My experience is 45 hands per hour at Party 15/30 full ring.

Overall VPIP = 23%
SB: 538 hands, 46.5% VPIP, -13.6 BB/100
BB: 531 hands, 36.7% VPIP, -12.7 BB/100
the BB/100 #'s include the blinds.
My 15/30 (and ths 2/3 blind structure)...

BB's call on the turn indicates to me that he has:
1) a 5 or low PP and is afraid of you holding a 10 or PP
2) Ace high and is calling you down b/c your turn bet is plausible with 2 face cards

I have played at Orleans tournaments in Las Vegas fairly regularly in the past month. The Poker Pages web site listings of tournaments at the Orleans is inaccurate.
