Without regard to your findings, I see 3 things:

The "5 or mor on the flop" number seems to come from SSH, not ITH IIRC.

SSH was not necessarily talking about internet, he actually was looking...

I was at the point in my game that I needed to upgrade my postflop game.

SSH concentrates heaviliy on PostFlop. It has a lot of good info throughout on PF.

Another goof.

I forgot to mult by 2 cards, cause we are on the flop. So it's 22%. Pot Equity is 2.8 SB. Edge is -.03SB but may raise if the blinds call.

I would now RAISE.

I find the Hidden Out Examples non-useful. I cannot imagine a scenario in which I know what my opponents hand is to that degree with the boards of the examples.
