Re: Weak-Tight?

And with flopped set on a perfect board I cant' see any other line but...

Weak-Tight?
I don't really know what to think about this hand. This is my first orbit at the table. I initially thought I was beat by a set. I was playing 4 tables so I really couldn't think about the hand as...

Re: interesting little AA hand
I like betting pot on flop, and checkraising the turn. He's forced to bet in that spot no matter what he has IMO. So by checking you have a chance to induce a bluff and then when you raise he drops...

Re: Etymology of the world \"Tool\"
[ QUOTE ]
My fellow 2+2ers...
I have to confess, when you call each other (or others) a "tool" I have absolutely no idea what you mean by this. Obviously, I'm able to infer that "tool" is some...

Cardoza Tournament Practice and Theory Book
I've noticed this book on amazon quite a few times and kind of want to pick it up, but I've never seen a post on it. I'd really like to hear any opinions of the book... whether it's good or bad I'm...

Mason said that he's giving Barry Greenstein's book a 10/10, but it's more about poker psychology and tactics from what I hear. Barry Greenstein says it should help anybody move up a level from their...

Re: Miracle catch.... did I play this right?
I thought about pushing the flop, but I had 0% fold equity with this player. He called down a lot of hands. My goal was to build a pot, hoping to get calls from a few limpers and also hoping somebody...

Re: two preflop plays 3/5 Commmmmmmmerce NL
Hand 1: I think limp reraising all in for $140 more, even though the pot is about $133 is going to seem a little suspicious and in the best situation LAG will most likely fold and you'll get called...
