No, you didn\'t have QQ
PP 2/4 table, I had KK and ran up against an opponent on the flop, who then called me down. After I won, I checked to see what he had - a very poorly played 55.
Then he types "QQ". This exchange follows: "I think you need glasses" "I had QQ" "Still think you need glasses - you're not reading your cards very well." (Long pause) "Got me" "np" Of course that was kind of dumb on my part. The right response would have been "I better work on my reading skills - I put you on a much lower PP, like 44 or 55." Followed by similar comments on later hands. Oh well. |

Re: No, you didn\'t have QQ
Although it is clearly true that anyone with Brak as his representitive is OK in my book, I must advise the following:
"Oh, man! That's really unlucky. You'll have the cowboys next time. At least you lost the minimum!" |

Re: No, you didn\'t have QQ
Why clue him (and potentially the rest of the table) into the fact that hand histories exist at all, or even to the fact that you are a thinking player?
"Tough one" would have sufficed. |

Say nothing. It works best.
