Default SNG ... $10... Party (200/400)... pair of 9\'s UTG?

I am pretty sure I played this correctly at the 200/400 level of an SNG at Party:

Chips:

Seat 1: AoCoE (1225)
Seat 4: DaOracle (1000)
Seat 6: radbeezer (1740)
Seat 8: uglyowl (1250)
Seat 9: LTP77 (1385)

FIRST TO ACT: Dealt to uglyowl [ 9c, 9h ]

I figure most likely I am a slight favorite if called and can increase my stack by approx. 50% if it is folded around.

Is my thinking correct here? What if the blinds are 100/200, I think that is a better question. I would have a tough time with that hand.

Any thoughts?

-Joe

Definitely a push in both blind scenarios.
