Default short bankroll question

ive recently found myself on a very short bankroll and am trying to evaluate my options as far as sit n gos versus ring games, as my best bet (lowest variance) option for regrouping. any info would be very much appreciated. i feel like the sit n gos are a good route but dont have the data to back that feeling up.
thanks
matty

Hi jomatty, check out my reply to happybhoy's post regarding "hit & run strategy."

Apologies for not linking, but I'm quite possibly the least technology literate person I know.

For a short bankroll I would suggest the $5+.50 SNG's on either pokerstars or UB. Both have a good blind structure and should provide a relatively low variance.
