UB Bonus from Cardplayer

Did anyone else subscribe to Card Player mag expecting to get the UB bonus and not receive it ?? I sent them an email to tell them I didn't receive it, and got a reply saying I should of but no information or action to give it to me.

i don't know what bonus this is that you're referring to.
more importantly, i don't know why anyone would bother subscribing to card-player.
