Default Pre-flop with a credible 3-bet

Party 2/4 game.

EP raises, LP 3-bets, neither player is out of line. You're either in the CO/Button. Do you cap, call or fold with these hands:

AK
QQ
JJ

Cap all 3. I'll fold QQ/JJ if an A or 2+ overcards hit the flop with a bet/call in front, and fold AK if I have no pair or draw and it's 2 bets to me. Otherwise, I'm betting all of them (taking the turn freebie with AK if I've got nothing) and folding to a CR on a board that looks bad/calling down if it's fine.

Hmmmm.... this is a good one.

I think I cap both made hands and perhaps muck the AK.

If the flop hits rags and I raise and get 3 bet then I start to worry about AA, KK.
