Ranking of starting hands
The game is no limit or pot limit Hold'em.
If I'm in the small blind and everybody folds around to me. I can raise with the top 50% of starting hands. So what is the ranking of the starting hands? How should you rank them? Hot and cold 22 is favourite over AKo. However AK obviously plays much better than 22 after the flop.
