Default Big PP versus flush/straight draw

Hoping I could get some advice for this specific situation and how to handle these in general.

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (8 handed)

MP1 seems loose, but not aggressive.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG folds, Hero raises, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, MP1 raises, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 7 BB

I think I'm starting to play scared now after some recent losses. In this hand, I think I should have re-raised the flop, but other than that would you call this down? Or how would you play it differently?

You'll get in trouble for this one.

3-bet the flop, bet out on the turn. If he still wants to raise you then call him down.

His most likely hand on the turn is top pair.
