PArty + Empire SnG's use the same player pool?

It seems like Empire's 20/2 is more tight. Or i was unlucky and just ran into 5 tables with 6 players left at 100/200.

They use the same player pool for sit and gos and ring games. Only the multis are separate.

this was brought up here a few days ago, its all on the same servers, and empire is just a skin of party, so its all one program, it doesn't matter which skin you use, you'll be playing with the same group of people. to the best of my knowledge, theres no way to distinguish any random player as one who uses either party, empire, or the other skin of party.
so yeah, must just be unlucky coincidence
