Did I screw this hand up?

So this is one of my first posts and i was just wondering if i should have differed my play any.

I felt that i should smooth call the turn simply as i placed BB on a flush draw and MP2 on a two, and i want them to hit their draws.

I think i simply over bet the river, in hindsight i think the minimum raise back would have been the most effective. What do all of you think?

I wouldn't generally continue with this hand past the flop, but if I wanted to, I would pot raise the weak bet. However, once you get to the turn, raise and get some more cash into the pot. If they miss, you aren't going to get anything more off them so you might as well make them pay now.
