Pokertracker Export Notes Question

My First Poker Tracker Database had about 30K hands and it was taking quite a while to load. So I decided to create a new database for my new Empire account. Undoubtedly, I will face some of the same players in both databses. So if I export notes, will I not be able to get complete data on each player? Is there any way to combine databses for the purposes of exporting notes?

I've never used it before, but under "Advanced Player Notes Export" on the first tab is a button that says "Combine statas from multiple databases"

I imagine that this will do what you want.
