Why does Annie Duke
insist on making her hair as unattractive as humanly possible? I mean there's just no way she could think that stringy frizzy mop looks good. What's up with that? It's gotta be some weird angle, but I don't get it. Make people want to leave the table as quickly as possible?

I haven't seen any pictures, so just speculating:
Some recent consumer research shows that the emotion of disgust makes buyers willing to spend more and sellers more willing to sell for less. You could say it induces action. Maybe this is the first poker application?

Any comments on any man's appearance?
In the pictures I saw, Annie Duke looked fine. She is filthy person with filthy hygiene, a filthier mouth, and the filthiest of personalities, but criticizing her appearance is weak. -Michael

It's not like I'm saying she's ugly. That would be weak. I'm asking why she appears to go out of her way to have bad hair at the table.
