Default OT: Best pizza places in Vegas?

My wife and I are coming to Vegas for 4 days in June. In 5 prior trips, we haven't found a good pizza place. Any recommendations from Vegas locals?

We are staying on the strip (Venetian), but are willing to cab to a good place.

There is really only one good pizza place in the whole city IMO. It is Aurelio's, which is south of the strip on Eastern, about 20-25 minutes from the Venetian.

Has to be New York style - among true pizza fanatics - Chicago pizza can never be classified as best. Good or acceptable is the hightest classification a Chicago pizza can ever attain!!

It is a Chicago pizza place, but their specialty is thin crust (they do have stuffed crust and deep dish if you choose, but I recommend the thin). I've taken several New Yorkers there and they rave about it. Their sausage is excellent.

Sorry, no dice there. I used to love Tres Lobos inside the Stardust, but alas they closed down about 1.5 years ago.

Thanks for the tip, Clarkmeister. We will definitely try Aurelio's, as we are huge fans of NY style.

We have found the same thing about Mexican places there. It's my wife's favorite, and we have yet to find a good one. There are dozens in Houston. We have joked about moving to Vegas and opening a good TexMex place. We would make a killing.
