Default Put my opponent on a hand

9 handed 50c/$1 party game
Has been a fairly loose game, pretty standard microlimit game, people calling with gutshots and bottom pair to the river. No read on the villain though because i have been multitabling. Heres the hand:

Hero dealt 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
I am in MP+1
UTG+1 limps, I limp behind villain, SB completes, big blind checks.
Flop: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Woohoo, flopped the nut full house!
Checked around to me and I bet. SB folds, BB and UTG+1 come along for the ride.
At this point there is 7 SB in the pot.
Turn:4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
This time UTG+1 leads out and I reraise, BB folds, UTG+1 smooth calls.
Pot now has 7.5 BB in it.
River:6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG+1 checks, I bet, He reraises, I 3bet, he caps!
Now the question is did my opponent slowplay the quad twos on me, hit his flush which is no good, or have some other bizzare hand? Was my hand good? Results to follow!
