Default Jacks

UTG has been pretty loose, and seems to call to much. No real read on MP3.

Looks good to me, you can't really expect to be up against a straight here, but since you posted this hand I have a feeling that you ran into one anyway. If you did I hope you stayed at the table and got your money back from those chasers. Nice hand.

Uh...so you caught either a slowplayed AA or KK, or a flopped set? Maybe you lost to 57 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or 7T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]?

What was the question?

Let me take a stab at this. I'm assuming everybody just called your river raise. If you were re-raised, you lost to a straight, most likely QT.

Again, assuming everyone calls your raise on the river then: MP3 has A9. UTG either has hearts and tried to bluff the pot when you checked the river or perhaps (AKQT)J.

What kind of prize do I win?

Just checking to see if there are any glaring errors in the way I played the hand. Since you did not point out any, I assume you thougtht I played this well.

Thanks

Don't hurt yourself patting your back, but I do like how you played it.

Actually, I would've been tempted to lay it down on the turn raise fearing a set, or at least 2 pair. The biggest factor was his aggression after you 3-bet the flop. Is that weak with a small overpair?
