I would fold. Even if no one has a straight (or two pair/set) there is a great chance that the river will destroy you anyway. I don't think you can afford to assume 1) he's bluffing and 2) no one else has a hand and 3) you'll survive the river. You are almost devoid of outs in most scenarios.

If you haven't seen him/her get frisky, bet and fold. If your opponent can be tricky perhaps you should consider check calling.

He was raising 3 player on a super scary board so I folded. The reason I posted was because the pot was getting pretty big so I felt all icky making the fold.
On the river he showed the straight. |
