<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">MP2 raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, MP2 calls.

Final Pot: 18.75 BB
<font color="#990066">Main Pot: 18.75 BB, between Hero and MP2.</font> &gt; <font color="white">Pot won by MP2 (18.75 BB).</font>

Results in white below: <font color="white">
Hero shows Kd Kh (one pair, kings).
MP2 shows 8h 8s (three of a kind, eights).
Outcome: MP2 wins 18.75 BB. </font>

Was I to aggressive? Should I have just called his re-raises?

Thanks,

deke

Hard to put him on a set when he refuses to cap you. I play this hand exactly like you do.

On turn I would just call the raise. If you really really think you are in the lead on the river you could bet again but he's showing a lot of strength.

I would call the turn raise and check/call to showdown unless I improved. When he raises you on the turn after slowing down on the flop that either means he is milking you or that he just improved. Either way you are probably behind.

I dont think I would have what it takes to fold it though.

Ever think about two pair?

When his opponent raises the turn, you have to be very concerned about the stability of your unimproved KK. Slow down here.
