Default 2+2 Poker Essays boo-boo

Either I'm retarded, or the Search function is impossibly difficult to use, because a Books/Software search for "poker essays" +missing in the last year turned up zero information on a subject I know has been discussed here:

The missing pages in 2+2's Poker Essays.

I bought this book from an eBay seller in my hometown (although I didn't actually buy it via eBay) and somewhere around pages 16-17, are actually pages 84 and 85.

I seem to recall 2+2 saying they would send proper copies in exchange for the old ones, but I can't find the post.

Does anyone know the proper procedure for getting these bad copies replaced?

If you have a bad book send it to:

Two Plus Two Publishing LLC

Henderson, NV 89015

Attn: Mason Malmuth

and we will replace it. Make sure to include your complete mailing address.

Best wishes,
Mason

I have Phil Helmuth's book and it is as bad as it gets. Will you replace it with something useful?

Phil Helmuth's book has some weird advice for limit holdem, but otherwise it is ok and interesting to read. Am I way off?
