How much do you winning players actually make ??

Hi all as you noticed i am new to this site however, i have been absorbing poker knowledge from this site for more than 8 to 9 months or so. Anyways my main question to all thoses winning online players out there is how much you do guys actually win and how would you calculate if you win rate is good enough. I mainly play Part 2/4 and able to earn around anywhere between 2 - 3 grand a month. I would appriciate if you guys can give me some sort of idea on how much a winning 2/4 player should be able to earn in a month at most. Thank You

That would depend on how many hours he plays. If he's lazy, he's not going to make much money.

Sure, the best 2/4 player can make $10K per month, but not playing 2/4. Playing 40 hours per week of 4 tables, they need to be winning 3.5bb's per hour per table to make the 10K you mention. I think that at 40 hours per week and 4 tables at a time, your 10,000 is not possible. I even gave you the benefit of a doubt and used a 31 day month.

Furthermore, I just dont see why anyone crushing 2/4 games like that would not have moved up to 3/6. At the rate you mention they would be properly bankrolled in less than a week.

I'm playomng ONE table - between 18-25 hours a week at about a grand a month. However - I play for fun and money is a side bonus.

I feel that the more goals you put on yourself the more stress you will have and the faster you will burn out. If you play for fun the bad beats do not matter.

HOWEVER - with that said - I keep copius daily records.

if you play 4 tables, winning 3 BB/100, that's 240 hands per hour at $12/100 hands. 2.4*4*3= $28.8/hr... 40 hrs a week is about $1,200, and 4 weeks in a month, plus a little few more days, makes it about $5000 a month.

Ok then what if iam putting in the same amount of time but not getting the resualt.. which i am not dose this mean i have a leak in my game ?? and pluse how many of you guys actually make that amount winning 3BB/100 hands ???
