Default The TILT monster

Does anyone have any wise words on how to get yourself up from a game when you know your not playing to your best? Its like, you know you should, but you just dont. I'd say everyone knows what I mean. So what, in anyones opinion is the best way to get your brain to realise; "right, this isnt good, lets get outta here!"

I would make this post in the psychology poker. Also if you haven't picked it up. I suggest reading
INSIDE THE POKER MIND by John Feeny.

He deals with some topics on tilt and emotion effecting play.
