Idiotic plays from my last $3/6 session. Hand #1
Despite the fact that I made some really stupid plays this session, I managed to quit with +$100 due to KK holding up twice (yes, I at least managed to raise preflop) and due to a set of threes holding up too. Opponents are all loose-passive, no wild guys. Hand #1: AcQc in SB, 4 callers to me. I raise everyone calls. 10 small bets, 5 players. Flop: 986, one club. I check, Lady to immediate left bets, two callers, I call. (Without the three-flush I most likely would have folded). Turn: blank. It gets checked through. River: K. I check and it gets checked through. Results: . . . . . . . . . . . . Lady wins with a pair of eights. My thoughts are that perhaps I could have bet out, pretending to value bet my king. Your thoughts? |

Re: Idiotic plays from my last $3/6 session. Hand
I think you played it fine. There are too many players on the river and your position is too bad for a bluff here to have much success. |
