Default Pot odds and K3s. Whould you call to see the flop on this hand?

Last night I was playing at my local Indian casino in a tight 3-6 game. I'm just nutting up like everyone else and hanging in at even. I'm playing your basic any pair, and dumping hands like KJ Q10 from early position etc etc. But then up comes this one hand where UTG puts in two bets and everyone calls to me at one off the button, if I call along with the button and the blinds its going to be a 10 handed family affair for the nicest pot in 2 hours. I look down at K3s. I decided to stick with my "nut up" stratagey and fold it. The flop was complete wrags, and I don't even remember what won it, but my questions is, should I have played that hand simply based on pot odds?

Thanks!

Throw it away--

Stick to the game plan---If it is a tight game you'd probably end up making a pair and with those kickers you'd just get strung along. If you are wondering because it's suited the you flop a flush draw 11% and make it only 6.5%. Shitty hand do win pots sometimes but usually the chips are going the other way because I'm on the losing end of it.

Its not that bad of a hand, it makes 2nd nut flush and you've got implied odds++ with everybody playing. You are probably going to have odds to peel one off on the flop with bottom pair and a backdoor flush draw.

bottom line with a hand like that you're pretty much looking for a flush or a set, 2 pr, your king is certainly no good. If you don't hit the flop big you go away. If you do hit it big you're going to get paid off in multiple places.

If you can let go of top pair, call. Otherwise, fold.

That was actually my second question. Obvouisly sooner or later I'm going to flop a draw to the flush and get stuck to the river no matter what ( unless the board pairs I suppose). If your going to make this call this is what your looking for obviously. But what about those times, which will be more often then the flush draw, that you hit the K or 3. Now do you see the turn for the 1 small bet? If there is a bet and a raise my style would require me to fold, but if you hit a pair on the flop and can see the turn for 1 bet, I think the pot odds at that point are to huge not to see the turn. Lets see: we know 7 players would have see the flop for sure if I called and possibly the Button and both blinds so for sure we have 7x2 bets plus the BB and SB for 15.5 bets and I have to call 2 bets, not taking into consdieration the very common resaise from the one the remaining 3 players to act. So if you have 15.5 bets in only lets say and you catch a 3 on the flop. Now 1 bet goes in and lets say 2 callers. You now have 18.5 to 1 to hit anohter 3 or the K. Now you would have to take the board into consideration but still alot of times 18.5:1 is going to be a good call, no?

I would probably call with this hand, some of the time.
i would be looking for the flush draw, two pair, something rare like trip 3's, or a combination of a pair and flush draw to stay in..

So much is context dependent, it's hard to say much else than that..
