New copy of PL & NL Poker cheap

I recently ordered a couple of books from Bob Ciaffone and there was a mixup in the order. Instead of Improve Your Poker I received a copy of Pot-Limit & No-Limit Poker which I'd already ordered and received a few months ago. Forgetting about the personal inscription Bob writes on the inside front covers I sent it back. Since the book was unusable for him he mailed it back. So if anyone wants a new copy of PL/NL Poker by Ciaffone and doesn't mind the inside cover stuff, I'll give it to you for shipping plus the return shipping I paid (e.g. $3.85+$3.85 in the US.) PayPal (non-credit card) preferred.
