Default Flop Ram Jam

So what hands are worthy of ramming on the flop? These:?

TPGoodK
TPWeakK
Flush draw
OESD
Inside with 2 overcards
Others I've missed

(& how many players do you need when betting the draws)

Default Re: Flop Ram Jam

It is not possible to answer as general a question as this as it depends on so many factors. What was the preflop action? What is the exact board and how does your hand relate to it? What is your position? What is the action in front of you? How many players in front of you and behind you? How do they play? How do they think you play or don't they think very hard? What does "ramming" mean? There is a lot of difference between holding AKs and flopping a four flush and holding 32s and flopping the same. Top pair weak kicker may be worth a bet or going for a check-raise from the blinds - but it can be a fold if there's a lot of action in front of you or a rock bets out.

Notwithstanding all this, the following normally are all worth pumping: set; overpair; pair + flush draw. Deception may be more important with trips but people generally slow play them too much.
