Default Check Out These Mortgage Rates WOWSER

Seems like everyone and I mean everyone is bearish on treasurys and is looking to make a bet on higher interest rates. Heard several talk about the Rydex funds where you can buy into a mutual fund that moves the opposite way of Treasurys. In fact I believe there are two funds one that moves the opposite with no leverage and one that moves the opposite leveraged at 2:1. Personally I've learned to never get in the way of a freight train.

I still like the 10 year fixed if you can swing the payments. To me this seems like a small spread over the 10 year Treasury but could be convinced otherwise. I appreciate Sossman's thoughts as well on the 7/1 ARMs.
