JJ on the button.
Online 5-10 game. Usual assortment of players, maybe a little on the passive side.
Two limpers, I have J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the button, and raise, both limpers call. Flop 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] EP bets, MP calls, and I raise again, and both call. Turn 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Checked through. River 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]EP checks, MP bets, I call, EP overcalls. Comments? |

Re: JJ on the button.
Does anyone else not see the suits in the posts? Crap, another virus.

Re: JJ on the button.
I think you played the hand well.
Did EP boat up or have a higher flush? |

Results.
EP had Q9 off, for top pair on the flop.
MP had a pair of sixes with the six of diamonds. My hand A pair of Js with the Jack high flush was good. I think my play, might have won me an extra bet with little risk, but at the same time, I might have left one or two on the table. As I later found out, EP was beyond your normal calling station. Making a lot of calls that could only be called curiosity calls. Good luck, play well, Bob T. |

Re: JJ on the button.
With two callers of a raise on this monotone flop, I check the turn through and call the bet.
