Is this too aggressive?
Party 10+1
6 players left, 3 have around 1500 I have 1000. blinds: 150 + 300 I'm on the button only blinds are left, sb has 140 left after his blind, big blind has 1500. I go all in with a/2o. big blind called with q8s. I lost. I thought raising would be no good, since if they have anything remotely ok, the big blind would call, which would leave me with 400 to bluff with if i didn't hit. 1 more rotation woulda cost me 450. |

Re: Is this too aggressive?
I think you played it fine. I do the same quite frequently in similar situations.

Fine. would have expected SB to call but you're running out of chips so it was time.

Re: Is this too aggressive?
A2 isnt a huge favorite over anything reasonable. and its a big dog to alot of hands. you just let the blinds pass, although i make the mistake of thinking "A high" with A2 alot, i plan on passing on small aces alot more in the future.

Re: Is this too aggressive?
I would go all-in with Ace high here. With the small stack size /blind structure at party it's a good play. Stars, while a tougher site, is much better for SNG's.
