If I wanted to discuss probabilities and odds for a specific card game, with an eye to learning how probabilities and odds are determined and expressed in general, is this an appropriate forum for that?

Thanks

If you wanted to ask what the appropriate forum to post a question in was, would the probability forum be an appropriate forum to do that?

Ask the question.
