Default B&M NL Table Selection

In a B&M scenario where I have two choices
1. Play at the only NL table ($2-5 blinds) or
2. Play in a 4-8 limit game which should I choose given the following:

The NL table will be 9 handed: me, 5 solid players, 2 unknowns and 1 fish. The limit table will be 10 handed, with 5+ fish.

I have a sufficient bankroll for either game and I'm confident that I won't lose money at either table.

I'm equally confident that I'm not going to win much from the 5 solid NL players.

Is the upside potential from the single NL fish ($500 stack) worth more than the upside potential of the tableful of 4-8 fish? Does your answer change if the 2 unknown NL players turn out to be solid players too?
