Default Group 7 Hands in HEPFAP

In HEPFAP Sklanksy advises to play Group 7 hands in late position. In case you're not familiar with the book, here are the hands included in this group:
Group 7: 44, J9, 64s, T9, 53s, 33, 98, 43s, 22, Kxs, T7s, Q8s

Do you agree with the guidelines Sklansky sets forth? To be honest, I've found many of these hands to have very limited EV, particularly T9, 64s, 53s, 98, and 43s and almost always fold them, even on the button. Am I missing out on some potentially profitable hands?

John Shaft, I'm especially curious to hear you advice, as it is usually enlightening, and inspiring.

To play them or not really depends on a number of factors:
How many opponents.
Passive or aggressive table.
What type of opponents
How well do you play postflop.

And the same conditions don't apply to all these hands either. Remember the Groups are general guidlines - not hard and fast rules. Just because they're "playable" doesn't mean you must (or should) always play them.
