Default OMFG

Playing at 2/4 table tonight. Most amazing thing I have ever seen. Another 2+2er at table and can confirm

Played for about 5 hours and I won $150.

One gut lost over $1300 at this one table. His Flop% was 96 and his PFR% was 36.

Everytime he went broke he reloaded. I think $1300 is actually low. He played every hand, usually for a raise. All you had to do was isolate him and win with any reasonable hand. I saw multiple $100 plus pots (at 2/4), And he never got upset, just kept reloading. He'd cap every street with nothing.

Absolutely incredible.

Homer can confirm that we played with a similar guy last summer at a 3/6 table. It was a very interesting game with an average pot of almost $100.

Basically, it was one guy being a nutjob and the rest of the table trying their best to get heads-up against him with any reasonable holding.

I still remember it because of my river value bet with QJ unimproved.

I don't understand people like this. Do they just get a thrill by blowing through money like that or what? Even someone who likes to "gamble", isn't dumb enough to do that.

People get drunk and stuck, and all of a sudden the bankroll is flying out the window.

Edit: are signatures not working right now?

One night, after a significant number of beers. I decided to play some online poker. I thought I did pretty well. The next morning I woke up and my bankroll was GONE!.

What was the guy's name? Tonight, at a 2/4 table, I saw something almost identical to your description, but I got there at the tail end of his session so I don't know what he started with.

Before I had a clue about poker I did this to a few low-limit tables. It's a far more enjoyable way to lose money than $100+/hand blackjack.

Would you call them crazy if they rented a Fountain boat, and spend $1,300 on the rental and gasoline?

i doubt that the world's worst player could lose $260/hour on a 2/4 table without extremely bad luck. even on a 5/10 table it would take some cold cards.

I think I was at this table for awhile. His name didn't happen to start with 'B' did it?
