New years resolutions, broken and made

I play $11 SnGs on Party.

After the new year for about 3 weeks I found that the games seemed to have become a lot tighter and harder (still not *hard*, just harder!)

They have now returned to "normal".

I figured that this was people making new years resolutions....and then forgetting about them!

Anyone else see something similar, or just my imagination?

And now for my (rather late) new years resolution:

Stop reading posts that don't have anything to do with poker.

(no offense anyone, it is just a bit like watching a TV soap - fun but something that should be avoided!)

May be coincidence, but I appear to have broken out of a breakeven slump in PP $109's around 1/17.

David Ross seemed to have a tough January too.
