Re: Did I play this hand wrong ??
First, don't include your opponents hands, post those results later. However, include your reads on your opponents such like Loose-passive, tight-aggressive, weak-tight, etc.
Pretending not to know your opponents hands: Raise the flop you have top pair and top kicker. Call a 3-bet. Other than that you played it fine not knowing any reads on your opponents. Welcome to the forum, Joe Tall |

Re: Did I play this hand wrong ??
I agree with Joe. Just wanted to point out something here since you saw/posted all other hands. If UTG raised here like he should have you would have to muck preflop and never get a chance to catch your set. Passive play like this can get expensive in the long run. (even though in this particular hand he still would have lost to KK)

I would like to point out that our hero has 'trips' on the river. A 'set' is when you hold a pocket pair and make 'trips' on the board. Such that you hold 77 on a AK7 flop. The hands are very different. Peace, Joe Tall |
