73o Gus? 73o? lmao...
Gus always injects an element of comedy in his wins. The guy is unreal.

At least in that hand he was in the big blind so he had an excuse.

Re: 73o Gus? 73o? lmao...
I actually missed the way it played out. I just came back to the table, saw all the chips at his position, with him showing 73o, and I thought it was vintage Gus, winning huge pots with junk cards.
How did the hand go? |

Re: 73o Gus? 73o? lmao...
He was in the BB, Hoyt called in, Gus checked. Flop came, I forget exactly what, K7x. It went from there in a sequnce I'm not entirely clear on, but Gus made his 2 pair on the turn and that was that

Re: 73o Gus? 73o? lmao...
Nothing unreal about this. Hoyt completed the small blind and Gus checked. What's he supposed to do? Fold? He then flops middle pair no kicker, which HU, is a decent hand and he was in fact ahead. He turns two pair and pushes in. Nothing to fault in his play here. It's Hoyt's call of the all-in on nothing but a flush draw that should be critized.

Did he put Gus on 92 and think he had him dominated? |

Re: 73o Gus? 73o? lmao...
This is the REAL WINNER! Hoyt was psychologically beat when his A9c lost to Gus's T9d. He badly needed a dose of Viagra after that. Tough beat.........
