Default Question on a hypothetical hand

I just got Ciaffone's Middle Limit book, and was wondering how the following hand would get played in NL and PL. For those wondering it's problem #6 in the Drawing Hands chapter (pg111).

Assume everyone is deep stacked.
Blinds 10-20. You are in the BB with J9c. Early limper, middle raises (assume a small, weak raise), cutoff calls. SB, you , and EP calls. $100 in the pot and 5 players. Flop is 4s, 3c, 2c. SB checks what do you do in PL and what do you do in NL? What would you do if MP just limped so pot is $50 w/ 5 players?
