Default Hand Rankings vs. Random Cards

Out of curiosity, has anybody seen a list (or ran the numbers yourself) of hand rankings vs. any two cards? This is very useful when determining which hands are worth raising with shorthanded late in tourneys.

How do you designate random cards on twodimes.net? Or can you?

Thanks.

This list is close, and I've seen it before. What this assumes, though, is that the other player can see your cards when you bet all-in, and therefore will fold sometimes.

Is there a list for the probability of hands winning vs. two random cards?
