u gun raising?

10-20 average 3-5 see flop w few raised. what are your minimum standards for opening w a raise. 99 too weak?

Minimum pair that I would raise with is JJ, unless I have not been getting any action on my raises. I would probably raise with 99 if that was the case.

I raise TT or better in most games. In very tough games, I may limp with TT, but never with Jacks.


I limp with 99 & 88 in the 'good' games I play in, but in tougher games I drop the Eights, and add TT to my limping list instead.


Other hands I will frequently limp in with UTG in full games, are AKs, KQs and sometimes AA or AK.
