Default How much is too much? Casino Whoring question

How high of a wagering requirement (WR) is too high when it comes to clearing a casino bonus. I am in the midst of trying to clear the PlanetLuck 20% from over the weekend. 20X WR to clear $100 bonus off a $500 deposit, translates to $12000 WR. That's alot of hands!

I just got this offer from BeTheDealer but I wonder if these high WR offers are worth it.

Whether any offer is worth going for depends on what other offers are available, how much you value your time at and what level of risk/variance is acceptable to you - I don't know what other offers are available or what your personal preferences are.

If you can play the BeTheDealer bonus through at BJ and the house edge is the usual <0.5% (it depends on the rules), then this promotion has a positive EV of approx $55 (but it's going to take time, the variance will be comparatively large and the more you reduce the variance by decreasing your unit bet, the longer it's going to take).

Also, I think I have read a few bad stories about BeTheDealer and their approach to "bonus abusers" - you should do some due diligence by checking out some of the independent casino watchdog sites before depositing.

High play-through requirements can make bonuses a lot worse than they first appear. The EV on the Be The Dealer bonus is only $20 (not including risk of ruin) and risk of ruin is about 25% for $5 bets! Even if you do profit off this bonus it will take a very long time to clear it. Contrast this with Casino-On-Net's "simple winnings" promo coming up on 1/15. The max bonus is only $30, but you only have to wager $330 to get it. This bonus looks a lot less spectacular, but the EV is +$28, risk of ruin is practically non-existant, and it takes 20-40 minutes to clear.

I really enjoyed be the dealer simply because you could be the dealer.

here is what I did,
after playing half of the requirement for betting I then found a table with some real gumby players and dealt to them, bad players in BJ can lose up to 10% because of their bad choices, with these sort of players you can do well, even with their commission on every bet. I did quite well out of it, I reckon if you could always find these sort of players you could do quite well

ps find an affiliate to share their affiliate bonus with you
this works just as well for bj as poker
