Player Notes at Party Poker

Ever since the last couple of updates to the client at Party Poker, I cannot add notes about players. It used to be that you could right click on a player and bring up a little text editor. It's not working for me anymore. Nothing happens when you right click on a player. Has this been removed, or is it a bug? Anyone know?

BTW, I'm using Win ME.
