Default POLL: Reading others\' hands.....

I've been playing $25 NLHE on Party for about 2 weeks now, with some decent success.

I was paying close attention to the tight player (TP) here, because he had bluffed me off a pot I would've won earlier, and I wanted to get him back. He was very tight pre-flop.
The other player was loose-passive (LP)

TP has $22.45. LP has $20.60. Party, $25 NLHE.

PREFLOP:
TP from UTG+1 raises to $3
LP (on the button) and one other calls

FLOP: 6h, 4d, Kd
TP bets $3
LP calls $3
other caller folds. heads up.
TP's bet smelled like a semi bluff to me with A(x)d, or JJ or QQ

TURN As
TP checks.
LP bets $2
TP raises to $5
LP calls
OK, I now KNOW that TP has QQ or JJ, and LP probably has K-x

RIVER: Ks
TP bets $10
LP calls $9.60 all-In.
