Default Three of a kind

Party's 25 NL tables I have 23 at the time
I have [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K I limp in MP, 3 other players limp in, I didnt rasie which I soon will regret when my stack gets vaporized
Flop comes down
8-4-A EP checks, I rasie to 3 LP calls and so does EP
Turn is A now early postion goes all for 15 in I figured him for three of a kind with a bad kicker, I call it,but then LP goes all in as well and by that time I knew my goose was cooked because they both coulnt have a ace, but I called anyway.River is a blank.
EP shows A-4 for a full house
LP shows 8-8 for a full house.
I think if I had put in a good rasie preflop it would of least knocked out the A-4, anything esle did do wrong on this hand?
