When will all States be Equal?

As of now, it is legal to place a bet of some kind in every state except Utah, Hawaii, and Tennessee. Now, Tennessee has recently gotten a State lottery, so it is on its way out. When will the other two swing around?

I have no idea about Hawaii, but I wouldn't hold my breath for Utah.

I wouldn't hold my breath on Hawaii either. the population's too small for a lottery, and Boyd Hotels makes too much money off of the state to let casinos in.

When will all States be equal??? Never. That's the beauty of our system. You don't like one state, don't live there.

I won't be moving to Utah very soon...(and the citizens from a whole state simultaneously rejoice)
